Business Identity

The platform DekoArt Manager Pro (accessible at app.dekoartballons.com) is independently operated and developed by ADOLFO ANDRÉS AMARIS BOLÍVAR, acting as a natural person with tax identification verifiable upon request, domiciled in Bogotá, Colombia.

Terms of Service (SaaS)

By accessing and using DekoArt Manager Pro, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms. The service consists of cloud-hosted B2B software for managing quotes and workflows for decoration professionals.

Service Level: We strive to maintain 99% availability, but the service is provided "as is". We reserve the right to suspend accounts that abuse the platform, attempt to breach security or commit payment fraud.

Payments and Merchant of Record

"Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Lemon Squeezy. Lemon Squeezy.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Lemon Squeezy provides all customer service inquiries regarding payments and handles returns."

Billing and Reseller: The processing of international payments and the collection of taxes (VAT/Sales Tax) is handled entirely by Lemon Squeezy. Your bank statement will reflect the charges under the name Lemon Squeezy.
Subscriptions: By purchasing a Premium plan, you authorize recurring automatic billing (monthly or annual). You may cancel automatic renewal at any time from your customer portal or by writing to support.

Refund Policy

Due to the intangible nature of our Software as a Service (SaaS) and the immediate provision of database infrastructure after purchase, all sales and subscriptions are final and strictly non-refundable.

Exceptions: We do not offer prorated refunds for partially used months, inactive accounts, or if the user forgets to cancel their subscription before the billing date. It is the user's sole responsibility to manage cancellation from their control panel.

Privacy Policy and Data Handling

In compliance with Law 1581 of 2012 (Colombia's Habeas Data) and applicable international data protection regulations, we inform you how we handle your information:

Data collected: Name, email address, company name and inventories. We never store credit card data (this is handled by the MoR in encrypted form).
Use of data: Exclusively to provide the quote generation service, user authentication and technical communications. We do not sell data to third parties.
Ownership: You retain the intellectual property and rights over all designs, catalog photos and end-client data you enter into the platform.

To exercise your right to access, update, rectify or request the complete deletion of your data (Right to be Forgotten), contact our support team.
